JAMCAL Alimentación, S.A. in design and construction
has been designed as linear plant, which gives great functionality
from receipt of raw materials in the area of cool, until the
output of finished product in the dispatch area. The office

exporte to the entire European Union, Japan, Canada, USA., etc.
Recent
years JAMCAL has established in its sector of the meat industry
as one of the eight most important ham factory in Spain. Among
other features, JAMCAL have 2 salting-chamber with a capacity
of 415,000 kgs., 20 post-salting with a capacity of 10,000 pieces,
40 dry-cured chambers with a capacity of 20,000 pieces each
one, etc. JAMCAL has a production capacity of 1,000,000 pieces
with high quality.

ASSESSMENT
JAMCAL Alimentación, S.A. is integrated
into the physical environment and is deeply respectful of the
environment. Because of that, JAMCAL has minimized the potential
environmental impact with a waste treatment plant, which is
individualized and attached the factory, minimizing pollution
and avoiding inconvenient, unhealthy or harmful activities.
