One of our main concerns in JAMCAL Alimentación S.A. is the environment. Jamcal tries to meet environmental regulations and that daily activities take place during a proactive environmental policy. We try to disseminate our policy to suppliers and customers and all employees. JAMCAL Alimentación, S.A. has a waste treatment plant, and cogeneration in order to minimize their environmental impact as possible, trying to protect, day after day, the surrounding environment for sustainable development of their activities, understanding that sustainable development means a development that meets the needs of present generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

- Jamcal takes into account that the environment is concerned with human activity and the best way to protect it is taken it into account in all decisions.

- Jamcal studies processes and activities as well as resources they consume in order to minimize natural resource use (efficiency).

- Jamcal identifies the waste or liquid waste generated to minimize the environmental impact of our production processes, controlling every step of the company's wastewater, air emissions and waste.
