The priority of JAMCAL Alimentación,
S.A. is that organoleptic conditions in the
production process are aseptic, to eliminate microbiological
contamination in its processing plant. JAMCAL is planning
a series of mandatory usage habits, among which include:
- Clothing for single use for all staff
inside.
- Access restrictet to staff.
- Only people who has got allowed access, with a control
presence card, can enter.
- The machines are included in the Standard Control
Program of Hygiene to ensure absence of contamination.
This aims to create a work area with a very low level
of contamination Nevertheless, this does not mean improving
the quality of products, it means preserving them from
any contamination due to production elements (people,
machines, equipment and environment).
Working with a total health approach means, for JAMCAL
Alimentación S.A., an increased effort aimed
at internal and external customers, and the commitment
of all staff of the organization to constantly improve
processes in which they work.
